Tina Hinsperger

Tina Hinsperger is a social worker and family mediator based in Shelburne, Ontario with more that 25 years of experience. She is an Accredited Family Mediator (OAFM) and has had additional training in Child and Youth Informed Mediation, Online Dispute Resolution and Parenting Coordination. She has also completed all of the required coursework in Elder Mediation. Tina is a court-based mediator in Orangeville, Brampton and Newmarket. She has also been part of the clinical panel of the Office of the Children’s Lawyer for the past 25 years providing section 112 assessments, section 89 assists and Voice of the Child Reports and is a member of the Child and Youth Informed Mediation Pilot Project.

Previously, Tina was the Program Coordinator of the Ministry Funded Supervised Access Program in Dufferin County for 22 years and has additional experience working in Child Protection and Corrections. Tina has also facilitated many courses and workshops over the years including Cooperative Co-Parenting Workshops. She has appeared on the Ask Andrew Show with Andrew Feldstein as well as on the DCAFS Connecting with the Community Rogers Television Show.

Tina’s private practice primarily consists of Family Mediation, Child and Youth Informed Mediation (CYIM) and Voice of the Child (VOC) Reports. She is also an Adjunct Trainer with the Conflict Resolution Training Group (CRTG) and has been part of the Planning Committee for PFMS’s Domestic Violence Symposium for the past four years. Tina is passionate about assisting families to minimize conflict and reach meaningful resolutions to their differences.
