Complaints Policy

FDRIO’s Complaints Policy applies only to those holding Certified Specialist designations with FDRIO including

FDRP Med | Certified Specialist in Family Mediation 

FDRP Arb | Certified Specialist in Family Arbitration

FDRP PC | Certified Specialist in Parenting Coordination

FDRP Fin | Certified Specialist in Family Separation Finances

FDRP Val | Certified Specialist in Family & Estate Valuation

If you have a complaint about a FDRIO member who holds one or more FDRP designations, please read the Complaints Policy  and submit your Complaint to complaints@fdrio.ca. Please identify which of the FDRIO Standards of Practice you believe the FDRIO member holding an FDRP designation breached.

Our Complaints Policy provides that you will receive a response within 30 days of receipt of your email

Please note that if you are working with a General FDRIO Member and not a Certified FDRIO Member we are unable to investigate your concern. 

We continue to encourage the public to consider working with a FDRIO Certified Member with a Specialist Designation.
