FDRIO’s Complaint Policy

FDRIO’s Complaints Policy applies only to those holding Certified Specialist designations with FDRIO.

If you have a complaint about a FDRIO member who holds one or more FDRP designations, please read the Complaints Policy on this website and send your Complaint to complaints@fdrio.ca. Please identify which of the FDRIO Standards of Practice you believe the FDRIO member holding an FDRP designation breached.

Our Complaints Policy provides that you will receive a response within 30 days of receipt of your email.
