If you purchased a membership prior to 2017, you will need to click the Join FDRIO Now link, choose the membership type that’s appropriate to you and make a secure payment with your creditcard.
If you don’t remember your username or password, click the Forgot my Password link and enter the email address that you think you may have signed up with. If we have that email address on file, you will get an email directing you how to reset your password again.
If you’ve tried entering your email address and you were told that you don’t have an account on file but you know that you have signed up in the past, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information and provide them with your name and the email address that you believe you used when you signed up.
If you’re not sure that you signed up in the past, then you’ll need to create a new user account by clicking the Join FDRIO link and paying the appropriate subscription fee via credit card.
Sometimes, due to email formatting, the password reset link gets broken. Try copying the whole link from your email and pasting it into the address bar on your browser.
If you got an error message that says, “This is not a valid hash, or it has expired” then that means that the password reset link wasn’t entered properly. Please cut and paste the entire link into your browser’s address bar and then hit enter or use “paste & go” if your browser gives you that option.
Please check your junk mail folder to be sure that the autoresponder email didn’t get sent there in error.
Please check to make sure that you are entering the same email address that you signed up with. If you are unsure which email address you signed up with, please contact email@example.com for more assistance.
Once you have finished making changes to your profile, click the “Update Profile” button at the bottom of the page or your changes will be lost.
You can also click the checkmark beside the profile photo to save your changes.
After clicking the “Edit My Profile” tab from your user page, click on the circle with the camera icon in it and choose “Upload photo.”
A new box will pop up prompting you to “Upload your photo here” and you can either drag and drop a photo on to this box or click the “upload” button and you will be allowed to choose a photo from your computer.
Be sure that the photo is large enough to see your face clearly. You will receive an error message if your photo is too small to be used effectively. Acceptable file types for photos are; jpg (or jpeg), png, or gif.
Once the photo is uploaded, you will be given the opportunity to zoom in on the portion of the photo you wish to use as your profile picture. Use your mouse to move the highlighted box around the photo. Clicking and dragging on the edges of the box will allow you to make it larger or smaller. When you are happy, click the “Apply” button to set your profile photo.
Once you have uploaded your photo, be sure to either click the checkmark beside the photo, or click the “Update Profile” button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
Should you wish to make additional changes to the photo, return to “Edit My Profile,” click the camera icon on your photo and choose either “remove photo” or “change photo” and follow the steps again.
