Iain is a Certified Family Law specialist in Southwestern Ontario, recognized by the Law Society of Ontario. He is also an accredited Family Law mediator (AccFM) and a certified arbitrator (C. Arb). Iain has served as an expert witness in Family Law in both Ontario and Quebec. Called to the Ontario bar in 1996, he has been involved in numerous significant cases before the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Superior Court of Ontario, with over 160 reported court decisions. Additionally, Iain has lectured at Western University’s law school and the Middlesex Family Law Association.
